The Plot Thickens

As I learn more about the Virginia Tech Gunman I begin to see more of his psyche that may shed light on what may have shaped him into a being capable of such evil.

In particular I am referring to his fictional writings.

As a writer of both fiction and nonfiction myself I know that authors frequently draw upon real life experiences to create their fictional stories. This guy had a common theme in his fictional writings: Boys being raped by older men.

This causes me to ask one very important question:

Who raped him as a boy?

Not to be insensitive but I don't think that excuses him. I'm sure you agree with this, but I'm just throwing it out there.

  2. Absolutely not, there is no excuse in the world for this. But if there is another crime that led to this one I think we should investigate it and prosecute it.

Possibly. I enjoy writing myself, and I must say you have a point about this psycho guy's work (which was very poorly written I must admit). Still, it's very shaky evidence. Hopefully the police will look into it, but I don't know if they'll find much. I mean, they have very little to go on. Interesting point though, worth looking into.

    Or maybe Haliburton raped him...

  6. He chained the dorr to prevent people from escaping. It's the only reason to seal a building before you go on a shooting rampage. Why didi he go there after killing his first two victims? Because two was not enough to satisfy his murderous rage. It's not that complex.
